Pengaruh Islamic Governance Terhadap Indeks Maqashid Syariah Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Periode 2013-2017

This research is meant to find out the effect of Islamic Governance to the maqashid sharia index on the islamic banks in Indonesia. The variables used are Islamic Governance with reflection indicators is the number of sharia supervisory boards, multiple positions of the sharia supervisory boards, the number of sharia supervisory board meetings, the eductional background of the sharia supervisory boards and the dependent variabel is the maqashid sharia index with indicators of education, justice and welfare. In this research using secondary data in the form of annual reports and good corporate governance reports on sharia banks in Indonesia for the period of 2013-2017. The data sources were obtained from the webiste of each sharia bank in Indonesia and www.ojk.go.id as research support material. The population in this research were all sharia banks in Indonesia fo the period 2013-2017. The number of samples was 55 (fifty five) time series data. The data obtained were analyzed using technical PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis through software SmartPLS. The results of this research indicate that Islamic governance has a significant positive effect on the maqashid sharia index through the number of sharia supervisory board meetings. keywords: the number of sharia supervisory boards, multiple positions of the sharia superviso ry boards, the number of sharia supervisory board meetings, the eductional background of the sharia supervisory boards, the maqashid sharia and Partial Least Square (PLS
