Research method used in this research is descriptive method while the method of data collection is documentation and interview. based on the results, the process of granting bank guarantee has two ways that is using deposit guarantee and through insurance side, for the terms of opening company, contractor must submit business legality, and company profile, As well as supporting documents in accordance with the bank guarantee to be published.
