Pengaruh Modal Kerja, Kebijakan Pendanaan Dan Teknologi Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Konveksi Di Kabupaten Tulungagung

The big role of MSMEs, especially the convection business as one of the economic development in Tulungagung Regency absorbs quite a number of sources of funds which if exploited proportionally can provide a multiplier effect, which encourages the development of regions in Tulungagung District significantly. This study aims to examine the effect of working capital, funding and technology policies simultaneously on the performance of convection businesses in Tulungagung Regency. This study uses primary data with multiple linear regression methods. This study uses a sample of research on convection entrepreneurs in Tulungagung Regency. The total research sample produced was 94 convection businesses in Tulungagung Regency. The results of this study indicate that working capital, funding policies and technology simultaneously have an influence on performance. Suggestions for entrepreneurs do not need to borrow capital from banks or lending institutions. In financing their businesses, management of receivables can also be carried out, which can later foster business development through increasing sales turnover.
