Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Keputusan Investasi Dan Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This research aims to test the influence of policy dividens, investment decisions and the financial performance of the firm value on manufacturing companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange at 2014-2017. The collection of data using secondary data with technique documentation. The population in this study is the manufacturing companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange. sampling is done by means of purposives sampling. Methods of analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis. the result of this test show that 1.) Dividend policy, investment decisions and financial performance to simultaneously effect significantly to the value of the company, 2.) Dividend policy the positive effect significantly to the value of the company, 3.) Investment decisions are negative effect not significant the value of the company, 4.) Financial performance with solvency the positive effect significantly to the value of the company, 5.) Financial performance with liquidity are negative effect not significant the value of the company, 6.) Financial performance with profitability the positive effect significantly to the value of the company Key Word : Dividend, Investment, Solvency, Liquidi
