In paper the critical analysis ways of steering is lead by operation disc mills. Probe of transient factors of milling on vibration stator is lead. Correlation between gain of quality indicators of beating material and vibration stator is shown. New ways of steering by knife grinding machines on amplitude vibration stator and the account of other oblique parameters of operation mills are offered. The developed ways are irreplaceable at automatic control knife grinding machines with two zones mill. The offered ways have passed positive approbation at enterprise 'Solikamskbumprom '. © 2019 IEEE
