El presente comentario centra su estudio en la Opinión Consultiva OC-25/18 de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. En ella, la Corte distingue entre tres tipos de figuras comprendidas dentro de la institución del asilo: el asilo diplomático, el asilo territorial y el refugio.
