Normative recognition and differences between diplomatic asylum, territorial asylum and refuge in consultative opinion oc-25/18 of the Inter-american Court of Human Rights

El presente comentario centra su estudio en la Opinión Consultiva OC-25/18 de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. En ella, la Corte distingue entre tres tipos de figuras comprendidas dentro de la institución del asilo: el asilo diplomático, el asilo territorial y el refugio. Dichas figuras, en opinión de la Corte, presentan características particulares, no quedando todas cubiertas por la Convención, en lo que al derecho a buscar y recibir refugio se refiere, lo que no ocurre respecto al principio de no devolución.This comment focuses its study on Advisory Opinion OC-25/18 of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
