El ambiente familiar y su incidencia en el apego materno infantil: Importancia de las relaciones afectivas en edad temprana

This research work was carried out in the area of gynecology and neonatology at the Dr. Verdi Cevallos Balda hospital in Portoviejo, with the aim of exploring the primary bond between mother and child, taking the concept of attachment as a cornerstone. Methodologically it was investigated from the cross-sectional descriptive quantitative approach. The population was made up of 50 women who had their birth and 10 newborns with criteria for admission to neonatology. Among the main conclusions is the existence of factors that influence the construction of internal operating models, which intervene in beliefs about himself and others, regulate the future interaction of the child with the environment of maintaining relational dynamics throughout the life of the individual. Este trabajo de investigación se realizó en el área de ginecología y neonatología del hospital Dr. Verdi Cevallos Balda de Portoviejo, con el objetivo de explorar el vínculo primario entre madre e hijo, tomando el concepto de apego como piedra angular. Metodológicamente se investigó desde el enfoque cuantitativo descriptivo transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 50 mujeres que tuvieron su parto y 10 neonatos con criterios de ingreso a neonatología. Entre las principales conclusiones se expone la existencia de factores que influyen en la construcción de los modelos operativos internos, los mismos que intervienen en las creencias acerca de sí mismo y de los demás, regulan la interacción futura del niño con el entorno del mantenimiento de las dinámicas relacionales durante toda la vida del individuo.
