In the current investigation an analysis of the pedagogical approaches that from their planning provide for an inclusive education, where all people have quality access to the educational system is made. A systemic leadership is articulated in the teacher with the purpose of promoting the integration of the diverse competences of the students, this from a cognitive subject perspective - cognitive subject in possibility of building knowledge and experiences for the exchange of knowledge that allow the integral growth of person.
