Gestión universitaria desde la ética, el talento humano y la resposabilidad social

Institutions of University Education in Venezuela affront complex changes when they must face constant transformation of its academic and administrative management. On the other hand, this research proposes an analysis of the university management under the line of ethical investigation in organizations and univer-sity through the perspective of a social responsibility which develop the management aspects and human talent and approaches raised in line research at university. In this sense, universities must manage the de-velopment of teaching in a positive way. It means that investigation and extension must be linked with ethics and social responsibility for the benefit of the community for generating responsibility. It is important to esta-blish that the main goal of this research will focus on a detailed review of different authors and exploration related to academia in Venezuela and Latin America. As a conclusion we have that the role of the Venezue-lan university is essential in these times when the country faces a disadvantage economic and social crisis, they should contribute to education, research, extension, quality and ethical standards in cooperation with all the institutional and social context, looking for timely departures and strengthening its role. The university service should be the capacity required for the social transformation of the country.Las Instituciones de Educación Universitarios en Venezuela, desafían cambios complejos que deben afron-tar para experimentar una transformación constante de su gestión académica y administrativa. La presente investigación documental, propone un análisis de la gerencia universitaria bajo la línea de investigación ética de las organizaciones y responsabilidad social universitaria; desarrollando los aspectos gestión uni-versitaria y talento humano y los enfoques de planteados en la línea de investigativa. Las universidades deben gestionar positivamente el desarrollo de la docencia, la investigación y la extensión vinculadas, con ética y responsabilidad social, en beneficio del desempeño de la comunidad universitaria, generando una corresponsabilidad, en franca sintonía con el contexto social y comunitario. El objetivo general de la investi-gación se centrará en una revisión detallada de diferentes autores y trabajos de investigación relacionados al ámbito universitario en Venezuela y Latinoamérica. El protagonismo de la Universidad Venezolana es fundamental en estos momentos en que el país enfrenta una situación desfavorable crisis económica y social, debe contribuir con una educación, investigación, extensión de calidad y con principios éticos, en cooperación con todo el contexto institucional y social, en busca de salidas oportunas y fortaleciendo su protagonismo. El servicio universitario debe constituir la capacidad que se exige para la transformación social del país
