The purpose of this research was to analyze social management in mass consumption companies based on the postulates of Alayar (2006), Pérez (2009), Marcuello and others (2007), among others. To achieve this objective, an analytical and documentary study was developed. The population consisted of a series of documents, among which books and scientific articles that relate to the issues analyzed are highlighted. As an instrument, an observation guide was designed, which was used to collect the data of interest for the study. The data was processed using content analysis focused on the aspects of research interest.
