Scientific Journals are the main means through which the Academic Community shares the outcome of its work. The interest on the Ethics of Research should include the functioning dynamics of this type of publications. Departing from these premises, we have proposed as our main goal to describe the ethical statements found on free Access Scientific-Educational Journals. The Research was developed using a document template, of descriptive level that consists on a review on the disposable information to 115 Journals on different websites. The results make clear that only 43% of the publications include a section dedicated to describe their practices on Ethics. A 20% contain the topic on conflicts of interests. A 26% comprise anti-theft politics...
