Considerações acerca do direito natural em Spinoza

This article tries to understand the reason why Benedictus of Spinoza (1632- 1677) didn’t abdicate, differently of Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679), of natural right. Taking into consideration the concept of only substance, which the Dutch philosopher considers as God or nature, and here in his powerful and natural process of production. At the same time, we will treat about affections and passions which involve the man in his peculiarity. In this aspect, there is a lot to be said or explained about natural right, with a view one simple detail, namely, that Spinoza always keeps the natural right and this may change all the political and social scene, because the starting point is ontological. Thereby we will focus on investigate such right and the power on which is consolidated.Neste artigo procuramos compreender a razão pela qual Benedictus de Spinoza (1632-1677) não abdicou, diferentemente de Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679) do direito natural. Levando-se em conta o conceito de substância única, a qual o filósofo holandês considera como sendo Deus ou a natureza, e aqui, em seu processo potente e natural de produção. Concomitantemente, veremos a respeito das afecções e paixões que envolvem o homem em sua particularidade. Nesse aspecto, há muito a ser dito ou explicado a respeito do direito natural, tendo em vista um simples detalhe, a saber, que Spinoza sempre mantém o direito natural e isso pode mudar todo cenário político e social, pois o ponto de partida é ontológico.
