Propiedad jurisdiccional y propiedad territorial en el estado ducado de feria y marquesado de Villalba en el siglo XVIII. Un estado de la cuestión

The jurisdictional property and the territorial domain were concepts that started together in the implantation of the feudal system. Through the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries they evolved forced by the social and economic evolution of the times appearing in the early eighteenth century clearly differentiated. The questioning of these rights by the neighborhoods of the towns was constant. The attempt to abolish the manors by the Cortes de Cádiz would raise the controversy to its highest level. This work tries to locate the property regime that prevailed in the 18th century in the territoriality of the Duchy of Feria and Marquesado de Villalba.La propiedad jurisdiccional y el dominio territorial fueron conceptos que arrancaron unidos en la implantación del sistema feudal. A través de los siglos XVI y XVII evolucionaron forzados por la evolución social y económica de los tiempos apareciendo en los inicios del siglo XVIII claramente diferenciados. El cuestionamiento de estos derechos por parte de las vecindades de los pueblos fue constante. El intento de abolición de los señoríos por parte de las Cortes de Cádiz elevaría la controversia a su máximo nivel. Este trabajo trata de situar el régimen de propiedad reinante en el siglo XVIII en la territorialidad del Ducado de Feria y Marquesado de Villalba
