This will be an interactive workshop teaching faculty about the vital integrative dimensions of wellness, with a particular focus on the basics of physical wellbeing. Participants will learn the benefits of physical activity, practical ideas for incorporation into everyday life, and pathways of motivation. Faculty will have the chance to create an evidenced-based, individualized fitness plan during the workshop time.
