An orderly classroom environment where teachers have the ability to manage and discipline students to engage cooperatively maximizes academic achievement. Teachers’ inability to manage disruptive behaviors is a source of frustration and an obstacle for their maintenance in the profession. Consequently, a systematic and intentional approach, along with careful orchestrated mechanisms must be built to provide ways to deal with unwanted behavioral problems in the classroom.
