Today\u27s consumer electronics have a continuous demand on the improvement of the energy density of battery technology. The goal of this work is to develop technology for a high energy--density storage system by concurrently improving Li-ion technology by reducing the weight and thickness of a Li metal anode and the investigation of a wireless battery management system. The wireless battery management system is a novel approach that eliminates the need for wired communication lines in a battery management system. This system has presented multiple advantages and disadvantages over the traditional battery management system, however, it has proven capable of reproducing results taken by a commercial system
