Contemplation – Christian Meditation with Children

Participants will learn about the ancient prayer of Christian meditation that children are experiencing in Catholic schools in Ontario , Canada. They will learn about the history of meditation in our Christian tradition, the benefits of Christian meditation for students and staff, brain research on meditation along with practical ways to introduce and sustain the practice in their classroom and school. There will be time built into the day to experience Christian meditation
