This edition of the Wooster Voice focuses on a lawsuit that was taken against the college and students attending the college. On January 13, 2000, a former Kappa Chi pledge, Chris Babis, filed a civil suit against the College of Wooster, the Head Baseball Coach Tim Pettorini, the Kappa Chi fraternity, and 26 former members of Kappa Chi. Twelve of the 26 former members who were named, remained at Wooster during the lawsuit. Babis, through the lawsuit, asked for for $50,000 from each of the 31 defendants.
