Add to ORKGA large number of Wooster faculty have signed a petition to implement stricter regulations concerning smoking on campus, due to fears of passive smoke. This year, the Wooster Forum, a key part of First Year Seminar, will focus on the topic of discrimination. This is a direct result of student protests that took place in April of 1989, which were likely spurred by the January police killing of an American African motorist and subsequent riots.
