Wooster, Oberlin, Kenyon, Denison, and Ohio Wesleyan leave the Ohio Athletic Conference and seek to form a new conference. Case Western Reserve and Allegheny also plan to join the new conference, which seeks to provide equal athletic opportunities for men and women alike. Excerpts from the new league\u27s constitution are included. College students nationwide are more materialistic and career oriented than they were a few years previously during the 1970s. Tuition rises due to student misuse of college facilities such as vending machines.
