Shauna Adams, Ed.D. is the Executive Director of the Center for Early Learning at the University of Dayton. This center is not a place but rather a group of initiative designed to support early learning. She is also an Associate Professor of Early Childhood at the University of Dayton where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in child development, curriculum and assessment, and early childhood research, leadership and advocacy. After 12 years in P-12 schools as a special educator and school psychologist, she earned a doctorate in early childhood from the University of Cincinnati.
