Mindfulness has recently become a mainstream topic that can yield potential health benefits that allows it to become a versatile & valuable tool. Specific areas of possible outcomes include: improving wellbeing, heightening performance, acting as a stress-coping mechanism, improving relationships, and so forth. Research in this area to provide evidence is still relatively new.
