Monitoring and Evaluation for Humanitarian & Emergency Aid M&E Framework for SHIFA’A Program – SAMS Foundation

As Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is evolving into an essential component of sustainable development projects, the humanitarian sector is also becoming aware of the need for M&E. The following course-linked paper provides an overview of the characteristics of humanitarian relief interventions and discusses the increasing importance and challenges of M&E in the humanitarian sector.
