These criticisms are focused on: 1. relocation of the new railway station 1,200 feet north of the present Union Station; 2. elimination of the connection for a through East Bay-West Bay rail service; and 3. construction of a boulevard that would parallel the present railroad tracks. All of these criticisms have merit
