Limited systemic delivery in solid tumors has greatly reduced the efficacy of most therapeutic options in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The excess of desmoplasia in PDAC tumor microenvironment elevates total tissue pressure, which is often measured via solid stress and interstitial fluid pressure.
