This is not an ordinary law review article. It is a report submitted at the 16th International Congress of Comparative Law, held in Brisbane, Australia, on July 14-20, 2002. The report addresses a number of subjects identified by Dr. Anne Fitzgerald, the General Reporter for the section on Electronic Commerce.
