Palaeopsylla groehni n. sp., fourth known flea species from Baltic Amber (Siphonaptera, Ctenophthalmidae). For the first time, a male fossil flea of Palaeopsylla seems apparently, in addition to some specific characters, have a part of segment IX with chetotaxy absolutly unexpected for this genus.
