Perlindungan Pekerja Anak Dibawah Umur Dalam Perspektif Islam (Studi Terhadap UU KetenagaKerjaan No.13 Tahun 2003)

This study aims to determine the protection of child labor in Indonesia, especially the rules that protect child labor both in the industrial area and other places. The research method used is legal research with a statutory approach approach that is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that child labor has not fully obtained sufficient protection from the laws and regulations in Indonesia. The protection is both at the level of the basic state law (contitutions) and the Law, as well as on the regulation of derivatives issued by the central government, ministers, and regional governments. With the approach of Islamic teachings and analysis of opinions and chronology that has occurred in the heyday of Islam, that Islamic teachings allow children to work if the child has become the backbone of his family
