Bibliography on health indexes: number 2, 1990

This issue contains annotated citations of literature on composite measures of health status and quality of life, both published and unpublished, that became available in April, May, or June 1990. Materials searched in the preparation of this issue are given in the section entitled Sources of Information which follows the annotation section. Bibliographic citations are given in the standard form: author, title, and source of the article, designated by Au:, Ti:, and So:, respectively. As many as five authors are listed; the sixth and additional authors are identified by et al. Abbreviations are avoided whenever possible.Following the abstract, the number of references used in the preparation of the document and source of the annotation are given. There are four sources: (1) the author abstract designated by AA; (2) the author summary, AS; (3) the author abstract or summary modified by Clearinghouse personnel, AA-M or AS-M; and (4) the Clearinghouse abstract CH-P, where the initial following the \u201c-\u201d indicates the individual responsible for the abstract.chi90_02.pdf1990674
