PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK DEWAN PENGAWAS SYARIAH, ATRIBUT DEWAN KOMISARIS, DAN KONSENTRASI KEPEMILIKAN TERHADAP MANAJEMEN RISIKO BANK SYARIAH (Studi Empiris Bank Umum Syariah di Asia Tenggara Periode 2013-2017)

This study aimed to examine the effects of Sharia Supervisory Board Characteristics, Board of Directors Attributes, and Ownership Concentration on islamic bank risk management. The number of samples in this study are 24 Islamic banks in Southeast Asia in 3 countries periods of 2013-2017 . Data analysis was performed with multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Dependent variabel measured by risk management index constructed wit three different risk; credit risk, liquidity risk and operatonal risk. Sharia Supervisory Board Characteristics measured by SSB index from SSB size and SSB academic qualifications. Board of Directors attributes is measured by board of directors index constructed with board of directors size, board independence, board member financial expertise, audit committee size, and risk management committee size. The result showed that Sharia Supervisory Board, Board of Directors Attributes, and Ownership Concentration have no effect on islamic bank risk management.
