With the increasing power and miniaturization of mobile devices, emerging areas of study have found in such devices a new form of visualization and interaction. Augmented reality, as a promising metaphor of human-computer interaction, is not the exception. Although mobiles do not offer a feasible solution for several general purpose augmented reality applications, due mainly to hardware and processing limitations, some other applications have successfully used them for displaying virtual graphical information within real surroundings.
