Introduction:Obesity and associated diseases represent an important health and economic problem sincepharmacological treatment for many of these pathologies needs lifelong subsidies. Theoretically, bariatric andmetabolic surgery decreases the medication requirements of patients for these diseases but may result in othertypes of pharmacological needs.
