Modeling and analysis play essential parts in a Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) development, especially for the system of systems (SoS) in CPS applications. Many of today’s proposed CPS models rely on multiple platforms. However, there are massive reusable components or modules in the different platform. And also, the model had to be modied to meet the new system requirements.
