International audienceThe impact of climate change in wine-growing regions requires strategies and adaptations at the vineyard level. The variability of local climatic factors, particularly temperature, influences the growth of the vine and determines the characteristics of the wines. The objective, through the analysis and spatial modelling of temperatures, is to take into account the influence of environmental and topographical factors on local climate events. However, this method requires the installation of a dense sensor network to build and validate local climate models. Thermal imaging, resulting from remote sensing, appears as an alternative data to free onself from networks but also to expand the regions monitored and over a longer...
