International audiencePositron emission tomography (PET) is a molecular imaging modality that enables in vivo exploration of metabolic processes and especially the pharmacology of neuroreceptors. G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) play an important role in numerous pathophysiologic disorders of the central nervous system.
