International audienceThe aim of this article is to question the syntactic position of wh-words in a dependency syntax. We will defend an hypothesis of Tesnière considering that relative pronouns play a double role, both pronominal and "translative", justifying a double position. For that, we will study several constructions : surtranslation and infinitive relatives, distribution of wh-word and verbal nucleus, cohesion of the verbal nucleus and extraction out of a percontative clause, qui-que alternation, coordination of wh-words and case constraints on integrative wh-words.L'objectif de cet article est de s'interroger sur la position syntaxique des mots qu-dans une syntaxe de dépendance. Nous défendrons une hypothèse de Tesnière considérant que les pronoms relatifs jouent un double rôle,à la fois pronominal et translatif, justifiant une double position. Pour cela, nousétudierons différentes contructions : surtranslation et relatives infinitives, distribution des mots qu-et nucléus verbal et nominal, cohésion du nucléus verbal et extraction hors d'une percontative, alternance qui-que, coordination des mots qu-et contraintes casuelles sur les mots qu-intégratif
