The purpose on this study were first, to describe the work environment, compensation and turnover intention at Supermarket Bentar which is engaged in retailing. Second, to knew the effect of work environment and compensation on turnover intention. The population used in this study was the total of 35 samples of people. This study used total sampling as sampling techniques, and used questioners as data colletion. The analyitical tool used in this study was the scale range and multiple linier regressions. The result of this study indicated that work environment was in low criteria, low compensation, and high turnoner intention.
