The result of the first need analysis in SDN Kwaron II revealed that books, pictures, and the like were the main media that were mostly used by the teacher in the sense of instructional media for learning. Recently, in accordance with elementary school thematic learning, Curriculum 2013 was applied in line with the lecture as well as a question and answer learning methodology. Therefore, this research was importantly designed for developing instructional media for learning based on valid, effective, and attractive criteria.
