It is good to be back in Nebraska. As many of you know, water resources was my major field of endeavor a dozen years ago when I was on the faculty of University of Nebraska. My Ph.D. dissertation involved water law and water administration in the central United States, and I know you have a number of states represented here that were involved in that particular study. Those states were Kansas, Colorado, Iowa and Nebraska, but with some spillover into other geographic areas as well.
