This fairy tale is about an old man called Kedya. Once he sets off on a journey riding his ram. On the way he finds a sheep’s skull and thinking that he may use it later puts it in his bag. He stops for a break at the yurt of a wealthy man and asks the host if he could drop his meat provision into their pot which is boiling with dinner. Kedya puts the dried sheep’s skull into the pot, and then argues that its meat has been dissolved in the dinner. He is offered to share the dinner. At night he kills his ram, and smears the mouth of the wealthy man’s sheep with blood. The next morning he accuses the wealthy man’s sheep for attacking his ram. As a compensation he takes the wealthy man’s flock and lives happily thereafter.Sponsored by Arcadia ...
