Evaluation des psychothérapies : l’apport du Rorschach (S.I.)

International audienceThis paper reviews the use of the Rorschach (C.S.) in the field of psychotherapy outcome and process evaluation. It appears to be a valid and useful tool, able to measure changes following therapy and whatever the kind of therapy, based on infraclinical information about the patient. Its use requires precise and complex methodological designs which are described in this article, together with the main studies necessary to encourage future research on this topic.Cet article est une revue de la littérature sur l’utilisation du Rorschach (S.I.) dans le contexte de l’évaluation des psychothérapies. Il s’avère être un outil valide et pertinent pour mesurer les changements induits par une psychothérapie chez le patient, à un niveau infra-clinique et ce, quelle que soit la méthode psychothérapeutique, à condition de suivre des méthodologies rigoureuses mais complexes.
