Advocates Turn out for Georgia Library Day

The article presents the highlights of the Georgia Library Day held by the Georgia Library Association, Georgia Public Library Service, Georgia Association for Instructional Technology and the Georgia Library Media Association on March 10, 2010. Governor Sonny Perdue signed a proclamation that declares March 10 as Georgia Library Day. Senators Seth Harp of Midland and Jack Hill of Reidsville were also present. The presentations in the morning were followed by a visit to the state Capitol and a lunch at the Floyd Building
