This paper attempts to know the growth of spices production in India. The data of production for 10 years from the year 2003 to 2012 of major spices producing countries are India contributes 70 per cent of global spice production, spice producing countries are Bangladesh, Turkey, China, Pakistan, Iran, Nepal and Colombia and Srilanka etc. for analysis. Compound Annual Growth Rate tool is used to analyse the statistical data.
