The geometric parameters of the title compound, 2C17H13F3N3O+·SO42−·4H2O, are in the usual ranges. There are two organic cations in the asymmetric unit with intramolecular dihedral angles of 10.94 (9) and 7.14 (8)° between their aromatic ring mean planes. The crystal packing is stabilized by numerous N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds
