The brushless DC (BLDC) motor is a crucial component of our modern society and exists in a number of everyday items. It is an evolution of the conventional brushed DC motor. It has several advantages compared to the brushed DC motor including less maintenance and better control and precision of the rotary displacement. The goal of this project is to construct a BLDC motor made by 3D printed plastic parts and a control system using Arduinos.
