La gestión del conocimiento y su relación con la documentación

From the different definitions and conceptions about what is knowledge management (KM) and documentation, is offered a panorama that introduces the basic conceptual fundaments of which one of those knowledge areas. There are given the principal KM and intellectual capital models that are worked in the business environment and the distinct sights that have been formed around what the documentation is. There are illustrated the different relations that are established between this new business tendency and the documentation, and the we continue with an advance about the knowledge management incidence in the Medellín companies between 1995 and 2001 research, with emphasis on the documentation as a KM measurement tool
