The genus Ornipholidotos Bethune-Baker in Cameroon. Description of the genus Torbenia n. gen. and of eleven new species (Lepidoptera, Lycaenidae). In order to establish the list of Ornipholidotos species present in Cameroon, the author carefully examined and dissected some 450 specimens collected in this country (plus about 1 60 from neighbouring countries), which first revealed that three species could be placed in a new genus, Torbenia ; this genus also includes two new species, T. persimilis and T. wojtusiaki (not found in Cameroon). The dissection of 340 males showed that 27 species of (true) Ornipholidotos can be found in Cameroon, nine of which are new : O. ackeryi, O. dargei, O. gemina, O. goodi, O. goodgerae, O. henrii, O. michelae,...
