Control of the power converters in the Renewable Static Synchronous Generation units based on the Synchronous Power Control technique (RSSG-SPC) provides the opportunity for the grid operators to use simple and efficient solutions to overcome the practical limitation of renewables on delivering energy. Control of the Up/Down level of the injected active power into the grid by making minimum dynamic tension in the grid can be achieved by a grid-friendly Active Power Limiter (APL).
