The purpose of this master dissertation is to find and analyse the behaviour of a proposed model in single echelon and multiple echelons with stochastic demand and lead time under minimum total expected cost and the maximum CSL level. After that, some changes are proposed and analysed to find how the system reacts to them and how much improvement they generate. Arena Software is used to programme the scenarios proposed and examined the behaviour of the stock evolution during an entire year with a maximum of fifty different replications.Outgoin
