Future Competences for Logisticians

The thesis is a part of the international project "Future competences for Logistician". In the thesis, the general development trends of global and local logistics markets, future operating paths of the local Finnish companies were consecutively presented. Due to the aforementioned empirical information and academic theories, the author drew up a framework of suitable competences including knowledge, skills and attitude for future logistician.The survey presented in the thesis was the result of cooperation of two students who joined the project
